The Renter agrees to inspect all Rental Items upon receipt and immediately notify the Rental Company of any defects or damage. The Renter agrees to care for the items as their own and avoid any alterations, stains, tears, odors, or other damage during the rental period. To avoid the $100 cleaning fee, the gown must be returned in its original condition and free from additional stains, odors, tears, or damage. Before returning the gown, the Renter agrees to spot treat, rinse, and hand wash it in a bathtub using laundry detergent, then allow it to air dry completely. Drying typically takes approximately 12 hours, and a fan may be used to speed up the process. The gown must not be returned wet. If any Rental Items become wet during use, they must be fully dried before being placed back into the shipping box. Deodorant is required while wearing the gown. Any noticeable body odor upon return will result in an automatic $100 cleaning fee. To help prevent damage, the Renter agrees to avoid wearing makeup or spray tan on areas that may come into contact with the gown whenever possible.

If the rented item(s) have not returned to CAC Rentals by the chosen return date, a late fee of $50 per day will be charged to the renter.
